Payments, refunds & Australian Consumer Law

Cosmetic medical treatments are personalised healthcare services, and outcomes naturally vary between individuals.

Because treatment is personalised and cannot be returned once provided, refunds are generally not available.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you have any concerns following your treatment, please contact us. We’ll always listen to your concerns and discuss appropriate review or management where indicated.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue unless a longer validity period is specified.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Should Bloom Aesthetic Clinic permanently cease trading, any unused gift vouchers will be managed in accordance with applicable Australian law.
